Establish readiness

1. Inventory source, architecture, design, lineage, tests, NFRs and domain knowledge.
2. Classify each input as available, partial, stale or missing.
3. Produce a domain model, confirmed NFR baseline, evaluation baseline and assumption register.
4. Give each output an owner, date and exit criterion.
5. Run one grounded trial feature.

Readiness enables Define. It does not replace the feature lifecycle.
