What you are developing

Intuition

Resolve gaps in your understanding using the supplied sources.

Common language / Standardization

Use the same vocabulary, authority rules, and evidence structures throughout the lab.

Habit / Behavior

Return to the relevant source when making, checking, or handing off a decision.

Grounding & shared language

Revisit the scenario, vocabulary, and intended outcomes.

Authority & specification

Resolve what governs the work, what may be built, and when it is ready.

Evidence & continuity

Keep findings, decisions, and the journey available for review and handoff.

Agent scope & instructions

Consult the supplied workspace and repository-specific guidance when delegating.

Session support

The parking lot

Environment problems, deep domain questions, and anything that would derail thirty people go here. The facilitator picks them up at the Q&A pauses or after the session.

Nothing is lost by parking something. A room of thirty loses a great deal by debugging one laptop together.

If you fall behind

Say so, early.

Stage 5 is the payoff and there are facilitator checkpoints for exactly this situation. There is no prize for finishing the code — there is a great deal of value in reaching independent validation and finding out what it catches.
