Explore the lab Prepare for the lab

Before you begin

Bring the foundations with you.

This lab builds on Lab 1’s practice of governing one AI-assisted change inside one repository. You’ll need Java 17+, Maven 3.9+, Python 3.9+ with PyYAML, Git, and the Workbench plugin. Complete the setup before the session.

Understand

Map the boundary.

Find contract drift, identify rule ownership, and keep unresolved questions visible.

Coordinate

Give each context a scope.

Write a buildable specification and a plan with repository boundaries and compatibility reasoning.

Verify

Prove the pair.

Preserve retry identity and duplicate semantics across the seam. Explain what the evidence proves.
